Henry Ford Community College Essay ProjectHenry Ford College has put together an essay project that will help students learn about their education and the purpose of the school. The program focuses on student perspective and Henry Ford College itself. As part of the program, students are required to write a 60-page essay about the school, its past and future. In addition, the student is required to write a 250 word essay on a personal topic. Students who wish to participate in this initiative must be admitted to the program. All students who apply for admission to the program are considered for the essay project.Upon admission to the program, students are assigned a work assignment to complete. The assigned essay topic can be anything from philosophy to humor to science and so on. Students are to work in collaboration with fellow students in groups of four, five or six to compose their project. Students can also help in the writing of the project. All students are given access to a co llaborative editing tool known as e-Editing.The main aim of the program is to expose students to the learning environment of Henry Ford College. The program provides the students with the tools they need to become successful in their future career. Students who complete the program will have the skills to choose the right career path and will be more prepared to enter the workforce. The editors who work on the program will be specifically trained to look at the current trends in the education field and how these factors relate to the student's future. They will be expected to determine the areas of career interest and be able to find these fields easily. Also, the editors are given the necessary tools to effectively make use of these areas of interest to improve the project. These editors will take into account the student's perspective and the teaching method that he/she has been taught. In addition, the editors will be committed to finding ways to improve the quality of learning as well as the student's personal experience. Based on these three factors, they will then be able to plan and execute the writing. A well written essay reflects a student's maturity level, creativity and style. When the work is ready, the editors will read it over thoroughly and make notes on areas of improvement that can be used in the next project. After a few revisions, the project will be submitted to the student's professor for review. Based on his/her opinion, the professor will then tell the student which changes to make to the project. After the final work is submitted, the student will be contacted by the editor to inform him/her of his/her acceptance or rejection of the assignment. The editors will also give the student any additional materials that will be needed in preparing for the next assignment. The students who want to continue the project after the first is completed should speak to the program director.
